Our workshop content has been written by two speech pathologists, drawing on our combined 40+ years of experience in paediatric feeding. The content we present reflects exactly how we support children and families in our own paediatric feeding private practices.
Our practices are known for their strong reputations and excellent outcomes, but more importantly, our programs are grounded in a neurodiversityaffirming, traumainformed approach that aligns with current bestpractice guidelines.
Our Responsive House Model is built on evidencebased theory. It simplifies the complexities of feeding difficulties so families can make meaningful changes at home that generalise across all settings.
Combined with the templates provided, you will have everything you need to begin feeding assessment and therapy with your caseload straight away.
Yes, as you can see above, there is an early bird price and it’s well worth your time to book early.
The workshop is from 8:30am – 5pm. We will aim for movement breaks throughout the day as it’s quite an intensive training program. Registration is from 8am each day.
Yes of course you can! When you pay, you will receive a receipt with our ABN details which you can use for your upcoming tax return.
Attendance is mandatory for all the workshop days.
These workshops will give you an excellent grounding in paediatric feeding. We recommend you start with the three-day workshop (Responsive Feeding House Model) and then build up to the two-day workshops.
The three-day workshop (Responsive Feeding House Model) will teach you about a model of feeding that is different to other currently available models. This workshop will set your foundation for understanding the approach and is suitable to all levels of experiences.
The infant and disability workshops will deepen your skills and knowledge in paediatric feeding.
Single tickets to day 3 are available to those who have already attended day 1 and 2 of the workshop series in previous years.
Please email us at feedingtherapyaustralia@gmail.com to purchase these individual days.
Yes, you can via live stream.
We strongly encourage everyone to attend live (either face to face or via zoom). In the event of unforeseen circumstances, recordings of specific modules missed will be made available to delegates for 1 month only. The recordings will not be made available to all delegates.
Virtual tickets cover the cost of the AV team, their equipment, and the tech staff who livestream the event, while face‑to‑face tickets cover venue hire and catering. Because these expenses are comparable, the ticket price for both options are the same.
